Meet The Team - Steve
I’m Steven Kirman, the Clinic Director of Resilient Motion. I have a First-Class degree with honours in Sports Therapy and have been practicing since 2020. My experience is primarily in private practice, but I’ve also had the privilege of working with professional athletes in track and field and rugby union.
I’m enthusiastic about general health maintenance, with a special interest in weightlifting and mixed martial arts. Through both my professional and personal experiences, I’ve seen how injuries can affect more than just physical health—they can leave you feeling isolated, impact your confidence, and disrupt your social and mental well-being.
Helping people get back to where they want to be—not just physically, but also by changing their mindset around pain and movement—is a huge motivational factor for me.
The focus of Resilient Motion is to provide the support and tools needed to help you move better, feel stronger, and approach your recovery with confidence and resilience—so you can get back to doing what matters most.
Meet The Team - Eden
I've been a Sports Therapist since 2020 and dived straight into work following the COVID-19 pandemic. My background is primarily within private practice; however, alongside this, I currently work within the NHS. I have experience working with athletes across a variety of sports, including track and field, football and rugby, as well as those less involved in sport who simply want to stay active and comfortable in their daily lives.
My true passion is helping people become the best version of themselves. Whether that means performing in a particular sport at an elite or grassroots level, or simply being a strong and able person at any age, the goal is to help people achieve what matters to them.
With my background in elite sport as a 100m runner for Great Britain, I've learnt the importance of mindset around injury and everyday life, and I believe that is the starting point for every injury. Understanding where you are, how that makes you feel, and where we can take you as a team allows us to work towards the goals you want to achieve.
Helping an injury to recover is fantastic, but giving people the advice, knowledge and expertise to help reduce the risk of future problems is where the real magic happens and where long-term results become evident. That's the aim, and that's what I hope to give every client who comes through the door to see me.
